A Ongoing support for families facing sudden hardship, offering essentials and relief during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Back To School Bash
Our Back-to-School Bash is all about helping students step into the new school year feeling ready, supported, and excited. On this special day, families are welcomed into a warm, festive environment where children can pick up bookbags and school supplies that fit their grade and needs.
Beyond the supplies, the Back-to-School Bash is a moment of encouragement. Children are reminded that their future matters, their education matters, and that there is a community cheering them on. Parents get to breathe a little easier knowing that some of the financial pressure has been lifted.
Christmas Giveback.
The Christmas Giveback is one of the most special moments of the year for Sofoe Cares. During a season that can feel especially heavy for families in need, we work to create an atmosphere of joy, warmth, and relief. Children receive thoughtfully chosen gifts, and parents are reminded that they’re not forgotten or alone.
Every toy, every wrapped present, and every smile is a reflection of the love our community has for its families. The Christmas Giveback isn’t just about gifts—it’s about restoring hope, creating memories, and making the holidays feel a little brighter for everyone who attends.
Emergency Family Support.
Life can change in an instant, and when it does, many families are left trying to figure out how to manage basic needs on their own. Our Emergency Family Support program exists for those moments. When resources allow, we provide essentials like food, household items, and other forms of support to families experiencing unexpected hardship.
This program is built on compassion and discretion. We understand that asking for help can be difficult, so we approach each situation with care, respect, and sensitivity. Our goal is to help families feel less alone while they navigate a challenging season.
